Execution policy
How orders are routed across venues for the Talviro Menqari crypto book, FX, commodities and indices. Lists every connected venue, the jurisdiction it operates in, the regulator that supervises it and the conditions under which it would be removed from the routing pool.
Custody arrangements
How CA$ cash balances and digital-asset holdings are segregated, where they are held, who has signing authority and how reconciliation is performed daily. Includes the cold-storage policy for digital assets above the operational hot-wallet threshold.
Conflict-of-interest statement
Where conflicts could arise (for example, market making on instruments we also display in the signal feed) and how they are mitigated through Chinese walls, independent oversight and full disclosure to the client.
Roadmap & changelog
A continuously updated list of features delivered, features in development and features under consideration. Every release that affects client workflow is announced 14 days in advance and described in the changelog.
Reporting & tax
Talviro Menqari investment statements are produced in CA$ and downloadable from your dashboard at any time. Monthly statements summarise activity for the period; annual statements aggregate everything required for tax filing. Both formats are accepted by major Canadian tax software and can be handed directly to your accountant.
For larger accounts and corporate filers, we provide CSV exports compatible with QuickBooks, Sage and Xero. Custom export formats can be enabled by your advisor at no additional cost.
